In September I had the privilege to shoot alongside some hugely talented photographers, witness the creative genius of one our local vendors, and meet some beautiful models.
Honestly, I always find it a little intimidating to work alongside other photographers, but these ladies made me feel at ease. It was so great to have something like this happen for us and so close to home. You get your creative juices flowing and watch your peers in action and draw ideas from their work. We had so many laughs and it was such a great day to really enforce the ‘Community over Competition’ spirit.
I’d like to give a shout out to everyone who made this possible. It was so much more than I had anticipated, and I really hope we can continue to keep events like this going. You always come away learning so much from each other and yourself from these things.
